Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 90 days from the date of purchase. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase was made, you are ineligible to return your item(s) for a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Item(s) marked "Final Sale" at check-out are not eligible for returns. Item(s) that you received as a gift may be returned for Cheyanne Symone store credit only (in the form of an e-gift card), see below for more details.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) including if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Cheyanne Symone error.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will send you an email to notify you of this. We will then inspect your returned item(s) and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your returned item(s) pass inspection, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at communications@cheyannesymone.com.
Replacements and Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement or would like to exchange your purchase for a different item, send us an email at communications@cheyannesymone.com.
Gifts
If the item was a a gift, please fill out the return form HERE and you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue you a Cheyanne Symone e-gift card for the refund amount.
Return Shipping
Cheyanne Symone will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping charges paid during the initial order are non-refundable. Before a purchase is refunded or replaced, Cheyanne Symone will require and provide confirmation that the return shipment of unused goods and packaging has been received. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
